Ten Canada wide warrants have been issued for 34-year Jack Lincoln Kelley, a violent offender with connections to Vancouver Island.
The warrants for Kelley stem from allegations in 2019 of Sexual Assault x 2, Unlawful Confinement x 2 and Assault Causing Bodily Harm x 2. There are also numerous breach charges relating to Kelley not abiding by court imposed release conditions.
Investigators in the Lower Mainland recently alerted RCMP detachments on Vancouver Island that Kelley may be hiding out on the Island but that his whereabouts are currently unknown. Kelley is a Caucasian male, 6 ft. muscular build, shaved head and has a number of tattoos.
