In the spirit of supporting local community events throughout central Vancouver Island, members of our local Crime Stoppers program proudly entered a float in the Ladysmith Light Up Parade. This year some of our Board members and friends were lucky enough to corral Mr. Grinch for the duration of the parade, keeping him under lock and key. One person was overheard saying that he was as “cuddly as a cactus, and as charming as a eel” MR GRINCH!!!!
